Now imagine being a Russian that was mobilized with little to no military training, placed on the frontlines with a crappy AK-47 and then face battle-hardened and much experienced Ukrainian and foreign volunteers armed with SIG MCXs, FN SCARs, and other newest Western weapons yelling all sorts of battle cries and hakuna matatas

Okay so apparently 2 or 3 (depending on the source, but most state that there are only two) recently mobilized Tajiks in the Russian Army opened fire and killed over 20 Russian personnel and wounded more in a training ground in Belgorod. The incident is already confirmed by the Russian Defense Ministry.

This is a message to the Russian viewers especially to those fighting in the frontlines. There is nothing wrong surrendering to the Ukrainian forces. In fact, you will be treated well unlike what your fellow Russian countrymen does to captured Ukrainian personnel and foreign volunteers.

You are already losing this war. I know you might be also aware of the fact that many of your countrymen are already killed by now ever since your president mobilized thousands of men after losing several engagements. So if you're nearly out of ammo, sick, traumatized by the explosions and gunfire, surrounded by the enemy, or just hoping to see your family and your loved ones and come back home alive, just peacefully surrender to the Ukrainian Army.

Continuing to fight is pointless. If you surrender, you're already saving innocent civilian lives.

Choose the right thing.
